1. Product principles
LDE anticorrosive electromagnetic flowmeter is a flowmeter for measuring flowmeters according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The advantages of anticorrosive electromagnetic flowmeter are small pressure loss and large flow range. The ratio of the maximum flow to the minimum flow rate is generally 20:1 or more. The wide diameter of the industrial pipe diameter can be used to measure the diameter of the pipe in the DN10~DN2000 range. The output signal and the measured flow rate are linear, and the accuracy is high. It can be used to measure the fluid flow diagram 1, such as acid, alkali, salt solution, water, sewage, corrosive liquid and mud, pulp, pulp and so on, whose conductivity is more than 5 s/cm. Widely used in chemical, metallurgical, textile, paper, environmental protection, food, domestic sewage, industrial sewage, cooling water, water works and other industrial sectors, as well as municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging, building water supply metering and other areas of metering.

Two, product characteristics
1. Strong corrosion resistance. Almost any conductive liquid can be measured.
2, strong anti-interference, almost outside interference.
3. Measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity.
4, there is no pressure loss in the measuring tube, and the requirement of straight pipe section is low.
5. There are no movable parts and no choke components in the pipeline. There is almost no negative pressure loss.
6. Self checking and self diagnosis function.
7. On site, you can modify the range online according to the actual needs of users.
Three, lining selection table
Lining material | main performance | Maximum medium temperature | Scope of application
One body type | Separate type
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) F4) | It is a kind of plastic with very stable chemical properties. It can resist boiling hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and aqua regia, and also strong alkali and various organic solvents. It is resistant to corrosion of three fluorine chloride, high temperature three fluorinated chlorine, high velocity liquid fluorine, liquid oxygen and oxygen. | 70 C | 100 C 250 C (special order required) | 1, strong acid, alkali and other strong corrosive medium. 2, health media. |
Polyfluoroethylene propylene F46) | with F4, the resistance to abrasion and negative pressure is higher than that of F4. | Ditto
Polyfluorinated ethylene Fs) | The upper limit of temperature is lower than that of polytetrafluoroethylene, but the cost is lower. | 80 C
Polychloroprene rubber | 1. It has excellent elasticity, high breaking force and good wear resistance. 2, resistance to general low concentration of acid, alkali, salt medium corrosion, do not withstand oxidation medium corrosion. | 80 C 120 C (special order required) | Water, sewage and weakly abrasive slurry.
Polyurethane rubber | One It has excellent wear resistance. | 80 C | Neutral strong wear slurry, coal slurry, mud
Two Corrosion resistance is poor. |
Four. Electrode selection table
Electrode materials | Corrosion resistance and wear resistance |
Stainless steel0Crl8Nil2M02Ti | It has weak corrosive media for industrial water, domestic water and sewage. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, steel and other industrial sectors, municipal, environmental protection and other fields. |
Hastelloy alloy B | It has good corrosion resistance to all concentrations of hydrochloric acid below boiling point, and also is resistant to corrosion of non chlorinated acid, alkali and non oxidizing salt solution such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid and organic acid. |
Hastelloy alloy C | It can resist the corrosion of non oxidizing acid, such as nitric acid, mixed acid, or the mixture of chromic acid and sulfuric acid, and also oxidizing salts such as: Corrosion of Fc +, Cu + or other oxidants, such as hypochlorite solution above normal temperature, corrosion of seawater. |
titanium | Resistant to seawater, chloride and hypochlorite, oxidizing acids. ( Including corrosion of fuming sulfuric acid, organic acid and alkali. The corrosion resistance of pure acid (such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid) is not strong, but if the acid contains oxidant (such as nitric acid, Fc +, Cu +), the corrosion will be greatly reduced. |
tantalum | It has excellent corrosion resistance and is similar to glass. In addition to hydrofluoric acid, fuming sulphuric acid and alkali, it is almost capable. Corrosion of a chemical medium, including hydrochloric acid at boiling point, nitric acid and sulfuric acid below 50 L. Diao in alkali; corrosion resistance. |
Pt / Ti alloy | Almost all chemical media, but not suitable for aqua regia and ammonium salt. |
Stainless steel coated tungsten carbide | For non corrosive, strong wear media. |
Note: due to the variety of media, its corrosion is affected by complicated factors such as temperature, concentration and velocity. Therefore, this table is for reference only. The user should make his own choice according to the actual situation. If necessary, the decay test of the selected materials should be done, such as hanging film test. |
