Believe that the contact or understanding of the inductance PQ magnetic core people know, the use of different magnetic materials, inductive core material, its production of inductance magnetic core will also have different characteristics and different scope of application. So a good inductance core material should have what requirements? The following professional will introduce you in detail:
Inductive magnetic core
1. The Curie temperature TC should be high enough.
Generally, the temperature of the inductance PQ magnetic core itself can reach more than 90℃. If the Curie temperature is not high enough, the self-temperature of the inductance magnetic core will be close to the Curie temperature, and then the initial permeability of the inductance magnetic core I, saturated flux density BS, and the inductance value will drop sharply.
2. Appropriate temperature coefficient.
In inductance cores, different temperature coefficients should be required in the magnetic components of inductance cores for different applications. If we cannot guarantee that the temperature coefficient of the magnetic material is not completely satisfactory, we should at least guarantee that the parameters such as the inductance and power consumption can be as small as possible with the increase of temperature.
3. The initial permeability I should be moderate.
The initial permeability of the inductance PQ core is a very important aspect. The selection of the initial permeability of the inductance core component must meet the requirements of the Curie temperature TC. For example, for materials with permeability of more than 4000, the Curie temperature should be lower than 150℃, or even lower than 130℃, so it is more appropriate to use the magnetic core of 2000~3000 to make inductors such as choke coil.
Good inductance core material should have the above three requirements, in addition to resistivity, saturated flux density BS, hysteresis loop and core components testing, screening, sorting, and other aspects are also required.
