Magnetic core surface appears bright spot, is crystallization? If so, how to prevent or deal with it?

Surface sparry basically belongs to surface crystallization, and there are two reasons for surface crystallization:

1. The surface of the magnetic core is polluted by dust before sintering;

2, due to excessive impurities in the powder, the sintering density is high, the surface will also produce crystallization!

If there is a bright spot on the surface, it is usually crystallization. This can be broken open to see the section of the magnetic core. If it is just a little bit on the surface, then there is dust or other things on the product before sintering to cause surface crystallization. If the section shows that the crystallization is deep, and there are other parts of the section, then there is too much low-melting impurity in the material or the sintering temperature is too high to cause the crystallization
